林瑶有些看不下去了,她忍不住插了句嘴,“at present, we have thousands of brake hoses, some of which we have reference numbers and some of which are not. if you have samples, we can produce according to your samples.”(目前我们已有上千款刹车软管,有些我们有参考号,有些则没有,如果您能提供样品,我们可以按照您的样品来生产。)
客户眼前一亮,问道:“ahhh,sounds good, but as trial order, we only buy 100pcs for each item, is that workable?”(听起来还不错,不过作为试订单,我每款只买100个,可以做吗?)
林瑶沉吟道:“first of all, we should better check your samples or photos of your samples, if we already have, 100pcs is acceptable as trial order to start our business.”(首先,我们需要先看看您的样品或者样品的照片,假如是我们现有产品,就可以为您制作100个。)
客户挑了挑眉,“yes, i agree, so, do you know this prouct? i mean do you have this in your business range? if you don’t have,how long it will take to finish samples?”(我同意,你知道这个产品吗?我的意思是你们现在有做吗?如果你们没有,需要多久可以完成制样?)
“yes, we can do it.”林瑶答道:“generally speacking, it takes a couple of weeks to finish samples, but it's the end of year and we have a large backlog of orders, we need a little more time than usual. however we will try to finish before our lunar new year holiday, that is before the end of next month.”(我们可以做,一般来说,制作样品需要几周时间,不过现在是年底,我们有大量订单积压,需要比平常更多一点时间。不过我们会赶在农历新年假期之前,也就是下个月底前完成。)
客户耸了耸肩,“it’s ok, then how about the price?”(可以,那么,这个产品的价格是多少?)
这就不是林瑶所能决定的了,而且就算秦董事长在这里也不可能光凭一张照片就报价。
林瑶朝他笑笑,“we have to check your samples before make quotations.”(在报价之前,我们需要看看您的样品。)
客户也意识到自己的问题似乎有些不妥,他回以一笑,“yes, you are right, later my colleagues in yiwu will send samples to your office.”(你说得对,稍后我义乌的同事会寄样品过来。)
林瑶记住了关键词:义乌,她十分客套地与客户寒喧道:“ok, waiting for your samples, and then we will quote you with most competitive prices.”(好的,等样品到了,我们会报最具竞争力的价格给您。)
